About the 8K Race:

The 8K Course starts at Shelter A at Burke Lake Park (7315 Ox Road, Fairfax Station, VA) and continues around the lake to return to Shelter A. The course is partially paved (in the first and last mile), and the dirt path (watch for some rocks and roots!) around the lake is over mildly rolling terrain.
