The TFIL Team presents an employment-focused Summer Series, Career Compass!
This week-long series will explore why employment matters, help attendees discover their job interests, and teach essential skills for success in the workplace—like preparing for interviews and understanding professional etiquette. The series will conclude with a community outing, where the TFIL team will guide participants through hands-on, employment-related activity to put their new skills into practice and celebrate the journey they’ve completed.
Who Should Sign-Up?:
This series is designed for self-advocates who are curious about work and ready to start building foundational skills for success on the job. We’ll also explore how employment can support greater independence. Participants should be at least 16 years old and thinking about working in the near future.
