Respite Programs:
Break Away - Montgomery County, Prince William and Tysons Corner Campuses
Breakaway is Access Ministry's fun Saturday respite care program for children with special needs aged 2-25 who are living at home. This is a great time for parents to focus on the typically-developing siblings, run errands or have a time to rest. Activities include special shows, field trips, games, crafts, movies, music and even a moon bounce! Pediatric nurses are on site to administer medicines and handle pertinent medical issues. Breakaway is staffed by volunteers from McLean Bible Church and the community.
