The ADHD Resource Group of Northern VA is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to helping the ADHD community in Northern VA and surrounding areas.
Providing education and resources to individuals, their families and society;
Correcting misinformation and overcoming the stigma of challenges of ADHD and ADD;
Identifying and referring those individuals adversely affected to qualified support organizations or service providers, as appropriate;
Supporting educators, professionals, and entities in need of training, knowledge and beneficial resources.
Our nonprofit has created hundreds of FREE printable behavior charts as a resource to help parents and teachers improve child behavior.

Sleep problems are common among children and adults with autism or attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). While those with autism spectrum disorder or ADHD may be more commonly affected by sleep disorders and other sleep challenges, a lack of sleep can exacerbate symptoms of autism or ADHD. However, with healthy sleep habits and treatment, sleep problems and the daytime challenges they present may be alleviated or eliminated.
