Transition Lunch and Learn with an Expert is held on the third Wednesday of the month, facilitated by Diane Monnig, Director of Programs, with presentations each month from a different “expert” representing an array of public and private organizations to provide information and resources to support individuals and families throughout the transition process from school to adult services. This event is a small group roundtable with opportunities for participants to ask questions and engage in discussion.
