Guardian Hands provides compassionate, person-centered support for adults with developmental disabilities in Virginia. We focus on empowering individuals to help them thrive exactly where they choose to live.
We are currently accepting referrals for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including individuals with:
• Complex behavioral support needs
• Autism Spectrum Disorder and dual diagnoses
• Transition-age adults (22+) leaving special education
• FIS and Community Living Waiver authorization
