Nina’s Health Care Fairfax

Nina’s Health Care Fairfax is a newly licensed Northern Virginia provider offering person-centered, community-based day support for adults age 18 and older with developmental disabilities through DBHDS 02-008 – Non-Center-Based Day Support for Adults. Services focus on community integration and meaningful participation, independent and daily living skills, communication, socialization, self-advocacy, choice, safety awareness, community access, recreation, volunteering, wellness and individualized activities. The program also supports implementation and documentation of person-centered ISP outcomes.

Services are available to individuals who meet applicable DD Waiver eligibility and service authorization requirements, with person-centered goals suited to community-based day support. Referrals are reviewed based on assessed needs, staffing, safety, transportation, current capacity and individual choice. The primary service area is Fairfax and Falls Church, with expansion based on capacity and individual needs.
