The 2024 Transition Series will be held  virtually between September 16-October 26 with a tentative in-person half day session on October 26th. The in-person session will only be held if there are a sufficient number of registrants who plan to attend. Information for that day will be shared at a later date.
Families, teachers, disability professionals may attend any and all webinars. The date and time for each webinar and the Zoom link will be shared with all registrants at least a week prior to the start of the series. We hope that all participants will attend live, but if not, all webinars will be recorded and made available with slides and additional resources.
Webinars will  be held late morning or early afternoon on weekdays with one or two being scheduled in the evening. Webinar dates and times are still being finalized.
