The Arc of Northern Virginia is excited to be partnering with the Mid-Atlantic ADA Leadership Network to offer a free training series on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).  The four part series will begin with this session on an ADA overview, focusing on how the law most significantly impacts people with developmental disabilities.  Bring your questions on how the ADA protects you in employment, school, post-secondary education, the community, and more.

 

There are two ways to attend this workshop:

•  Join us in our conference room to hear our speaker in-person and network with other attendees, or
•  Listen LIVE via webinar on your computer or tablet.

The Arc of Northern Virginia is excited to be partnering with the Mid-Atlantic ADA Leadership Network to offer a free training series on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).  This session is the second in a four part series.  It will focus on how the Americans with Disabilities Act offers protections for students transitioning out of school to post-secondary education, employment, or other opportunities.  Bring your questions on how the ADA protects transitioning students.
